Car Problems. Who can Help?

I put my 17" wheels back on now that winter is over and now something is wrong. The car pulls to the left and it feels like it has a hobble in it it like I lost a wheel weight. It also doesn't handle good eather. Whats the deal???

that also happend when you swap tires from left to right back to front from how they orginally were, because it was wearing evenly on that same spot.
