maybe the condensor fan is coming on with the a/c but the radiator fan is never coming on? open your hood and check the fan while the car's running. i think the rad. fan is on the passenger side..

the radiator fan could definitely be the problem. Is your coolant level full?
If both fans are working, and your coolant is full, I would next check the thermostat.

Radiator fan

Just for couriousity...I've recently change the radiator..and before i change the new radiator i noticed that the fan always turn on right after I turned off the engine ...Now with the new radiator the fan never seem to come on after I turned off the engine (with a amount of time driving)...However, both fans are on when i turn on the A/C. Is it normal ? I need some input on this guys...I just want to make sure that I got the radiator installed correctly. Thanks in advance.

I've noticed that too. Before I had my radiator replaced, my fan would always turn on after I shut off the car. But since I've had it replaced , that has never happened. But I've never had overheating problems tho so I guess its ok but I wondered about that too.

Water pump maybe? When you drive, it's the air cooling down your car probably. Maybe the water pump isn't allowing enough coolant to properly cool down the car...

YEah! that could be possible...but still is it seem to be a problem or just normal though? btw, how to you check the thermostat ?

WaiJai0513 ! Did you digital climax on the dash (i meant the bar temperature next to the clock) keep drop and raise sometimes while you are driving too? Let me know cuz i noticed my is doing that while im driving...actually it didnt' go over the middle ...it keeps go down to 3 bars...then go up to the middle

Isn't the digital temperature gauge like 6 bars total?? Mines stays in the midlle which is 3 bars and it doesn't drop or go up when I'm driving. Everything is normal...jus wondering about the fan thing tho. Sorry to get off topic, but what do you guys think of people playing baseball or catch in the middle of a semi empty parking lot? They weren't playing that close to my car but I was afraid they would hit it regardless. I feel sorry about the other prelude and audi that was parked next to the batter. I called the cops on them but I don't think the police were too happy about that.
