OK lately my temp gauge been going sometimes up to the last bar but mostly to the 3rd bar. The radiator seem fine , its full and minty green. Its not like the car is smoking or like REALLY burning HOT. Im guessing its the sensor? What else could it be? Thanks.

Could be your thermostat. Are your fans turning on?

I was thinking about that also. The passenger side fan turns on when the car is off.

Why would my oil overheat? Explain please.

The list of possible root causes for an overheat is actually pretty short:
- Clogged Radiator
- Fan problems
- Impediments to air flow (bugs, etc)
- Collapsed lower radiator hose
- Water pump
- Thermostat
- Coolant leak
- Combustion gas in the coolant (from broken head gasket)
- Overly high idle speed in stop and go traffic
- EXTREMELY de-tuned car
- Inadequate Radiator

I had the same problem and it ended up i was 1/2 low on coolant. I filled my coolant and now my car doesnt over heat.
