Car making weird noises

i was flooring mah car in the parkinglot the other nite and while i was driving the road completely ended and like contiuned on another road rite before... so in sense, it was like almost a ramp... but yeah i flew over it and my car hit it pretty hard.. now my car kind of rumbles and has a very loud exhaust noise... you guys know what could be causing the constant shaking and noises in mah car? is it my exhaust or?

Check to see if your exhaust is still in one piece. It could have come loose or cracked somewhere. hopefully you just loosened some bolts.
