Car broken into :( - Honda Prelude Forum

Well i never thought it would happen to me... My car was in my own driveway at school. I went to hit the clicker in the morning, 3 beeps... Thats never good. I take a look through the window, wires everywhere. I don't know how they got around the alarm but they stole my headunit, wallet, sunglasses, cd's, golf clubs, tennis raquet and my dress shoes. Hopefully i can recover some stuff. Any tips on how to go about this?

that sux... what alarm did u have? there's lots of ways to bypass the alarm. Hopefully next time you will learn not to keep your wallet and other valuables in the car. Make sure u cancelled all ur credit cards as well.

They probably didn't bypass anything, you just didn't hear it going off. If your alarm beeped 3 times, then your alarm went off, so that means they didn't bypass anything, they just smashed and grabbed
