i did the legend caliper swap and put new calipers on the rear as well and let the fluid completely run out. tried to blled the brakes and kept getting this "hissing" noise. turned out to be small leak in booster. replaced booster. went to blled brakes again and got all air out of lines but will not hold any pressure. pedal goes all the way to floor. anyone got any suggestions?
did you bench bleed the brake master cylinder when you took it off? im not sure if it matters since you might not have taken out all the fluid from the BMC but its worth a shot to ask. ive only replaced the BMC and i know you had to bench bleed it. i dont know much about the booster tho. and when you replace the booster, maybe you have to adjust the pedal height, or even the rod with a special honda tool before you put the BMC back on but i didnt use the special tool. the pedal should be 6.5 inches from the floor with floor mat removed. thats perpedicular to the pedals surface.
^Sounds like there is a **** load os air in the brake system now. Just keep bleeding and you should eventually get pressure and fluid throughout the system.
