You can. But why? Preludes are front wheel drive.

i had 17x8 +35mm gram lights. You need o do your research and make sure the spokes will clear the calipers

...nope sorry....cant run a staggered setup. Its against the law.

Do some research and measurements to find what could fit under the fenders.

ya i know theyre fwd....but its mostly just for aesthetics...looks so much better IMO ..a lot more aggressive and i hate havin the wheels look sunken inside the fenders...i like it to be plush with the fenders with aggressive offsets....gues ima hafta do a good amount of research and probably sum trial n error to get it rite to the specs i want...

ie..in the sig...rayslude looks jus rite..wheels look nice n plush wit the fenders... in 95greenlude's - the wheels look sunken inside wich is the look im not goin for (no offense or nethin)

I know my wheels are sunken, I've been meaning to get some 25-30mm spacers for the rear and 20mm for the front. I like the staggered look better too.

This is what you might like:

15x8+33 15x9+30. 195/50 and 205/50

rotas FTL! but good news is rotas just copy other rim manufacturers. so there is probably a good legit. rim that looks the same, but for more money. :/ its up to you.

I have to agree with rayslude on this, its a nice car but its too low and is taking away what makes a lude a lude which is the ability to be a corner craver.

Also rotas are great rims for a great price for those who think they shouldn't be putting on rims that cost as much as the car does

^ Yea that looks is purely cosmetic. It actually takes away from performance. He's running a 9" wide rear wheel with a 205 tire to get that "stretched" look. A tire any wider and I don't think it would clear his fender. In my opinion the look is too aggressive for a car with out a body kit.
