I honestly don't know bud, but I'm leaning towards no. I believe the chassis of the 5th gen Prelude is longer than our 4th gens. I bet the bends in the exhaust wouldn't line up with the groves in the 4th gen's undercarriage for the exhaust. Same thing goes for the exhaust mounts.
Also, this may seem like a poor arguement, but manufactures sell 4th gen and 5th gen exhaust systems are two seperate units. I just believe our cars are too dissimilar.
