Can I get quicker steering ratio...

Basically I am wondering if it is possible to some how mod the current steering system or get a part that would lower the ratio to make my 4th gen turn faster without as much steering wheel responce??

I know that with urethane bushings and shocks and strut bar and such it will affect some but how about the steering pump or lines or other steering parts

Is that quite a bit smaller than the stock wheel you had?
