can bad spark plug wires cause a mis-fire

hehe

just like the title asks.. can a bad spark plug wire be the cause of a mis-fire

i check each wire for spark with a tester and each wire does show spark.. but when i hook up an ohm meter to test resistance.. wire #2 comes up with 0.. the rest had soemthing like 1.7

i did notice on the tip of wire #2 that it had a lil green corrosion on it...

thanks

john

hey dude.. or dudet...

if you got a 92' 4ws .. i got one too.. got a question though.. the guy that i bought it from lowered it on some springs... and he says if there is too many people in the car, the 4ws light will light up and dis-able the 4ws system... does this ever happen to you?

i gotta re-build the engine for the 4th gen w/ 4ws.. right now i'm working on a regular 4th gen si

Na I don't really know people with missing limbs that could actually fit back there. I have packed it full of crap that weighs more than a few people and nothing happened. My light comes on after I fill up with gas or started and restarted it within a short time. Good luck with the rebuild.
