Can Anyone Identify This Connector?

To make a long story short for now, does anyone know what this connector is, and why would it need to be jumped?
The car is a '92 Prelude with an H22A swap. The last owner said this must be kept jumped in order to run. I'm currently having starting problems, (no spark)I believe the issue to be a faulty ignitor. I don't get any battery voltage from it with the key turned to on.
I'll have more questions and details soon, this is my first of many posts, how's it going everyone, btw.

It is the connector for power to the external ignition coil. Since this is a JDM H22A swap that is still using the internal-coil distributor, the ext. coil power connector is jumped to allow for proper operation.

However, I would suggest jumping the connector with a 30-amp blade fuse for a cleaner look and to make it easy to tuck out of the way. This is how I have mine.

Thanks red92si, that's a good idea. I'm new to Honda but I'm trying to get as much info as I can about these cars and the vtec and everything. This year Prelude has always been a favourite of mine, it should be a fun car when I finally get it up and running.
