can anyone with a helms help?
is there any way you can scan the pages in the helms that tell you what pins connect to the ecu for wiring up vtec?

This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it should help you out: VTEC wiring during swap

Also, the ECU pins are the same for all OBD1 Hondas. so if you find the diagram for a Teggy or Civic, it will be the same (I think there is a link to a diagram in the above thread). Hope this helps
