Can anyone hear clear my turn signals?

Yeah I just attempted this myself, I read about it and it didnt sound too hard. Well i was a little wrong, after destroying my taillights and burning the **** out of my finger with the apoxy(sp?) i gave up... A while ago i saw someone saying they would do it for the cost of shipping, would you still?
Thanks

Outlawlude did it for me and I'm not sure if he's still doing it since he's been occupied with many other lights as well.

Outlawlude, I'll try to get pics up ASAP..sucks not being with the digital camera crowd.

dood you can buy clear turn signals on ebay for 35 bucks. I go them and they are really nice and very easy to install. They are called clear bumper lights for the 97-01 prelude, But dont get them confused with clear side marker lights.

Thanks for the input Mr. Manz, but I assumed he meant tail lights for the 4th gen. All good. eBay rocks!

Yeah I am still doing them!! Ihave 3 pairs at my house now and another on the way! It is overwhelming but I am still doing it for shipping costs! Any other donations would be welcomed though! Just let me know if you want me to do them or not and I'll get them done for you!

if it wasn't for the fact that those damn light cost 130$ each used (that's what it costed me for one cause I tryed to clear one and I destroyed it) I'd get another pair and send them to you. btw you have pictures of the job you did? like close up of the clear parts and the sides of the light? it might be a futur project when/if I have money later and you're still doing them...

you sure you're talking about the same light we are?? we are talking about the 4th gen tail lights here. They have full clear tail lights at $79.95 and altezza lights at $129.95 but I don't even see anything that's $24.95 for the 4th gen

I just thought of that if you could take the stock lights open then and remove the clear/orange part and take those all clear lights and remove that part and put it in the stock ones you'll have a set of lights that looks like they came like that from the factory and they'd look even better than those neon things

Ok..not to sound rude, but since we are in the 4th Generation forum..we're speakin about 4th gen preludes..the 5th gen is much easier to clear from what I saw online..no need to take apart the housing....the 4th gen is different..and go pre..don't be sayin stuff like that..matt is undoubtedly a great guy and extremely generous in offering a service such as this...I can't thank him enough...I need to get pics up to show his work..but it's great....the wait was worth it...cuz there wasnt a wait...like in a week..BUt realize how many lights he has now..and he DOES have a life..and a girlfriend to attend to..so don't be so hard on the guy...he's doing this out of his own heart and love for the Prelude (ok that sounded ***) but it's tru...so if ur gonna disrespect him...next time..do ur own dirty work buddy

You know about that.....I tried to find a place around here that would make me something just like that so all I had to do was pop them into place but they said that I would have to have a mold made for "injection molding" and they said that I would have to order 10,000 units just for it to be worth their time! So I didn't figure that I would be clearing 5,000 sets of taillights so I said screw it!

Thank you very much for the backup, and you are right, I do this out of the love I have for the Prelude. I know it sounds corny, but it is true. I have 4 sets here right now and I am shipping out 1 set tomorrow and the others on Monday so I am slightly busy right now. I will post a pic of the set that I just got done with for a guy in Canada, just give me a few minutes to host it and then I will post it up!
