Camber kits and noise

Those of you with camber kits in your car does it making a creeking sound when you're suspension moves? Mine does I really hate the sound. I have ingalls joints in my rear and it makes the creeking noise over big bumps, driveways, etc. Whats the difference in the bushings between the stock ball joints and the camber kits? Is there anyway to stop it from creeking?

It's the polyurethane in the bushing. The poly they use from Ingalls is a MUCH harder poly than what they use from Energy Suspension, which is a very nice poly. The stock bushings are made of rubber, which are much softer and don't creek. Anyone with Ingalls camber kits that chose Poly bushings, I'll GAURANTEE that thier cars creek like mad! It just happens. I've tried using grease, lithium grease, silicon... nothin' helps that I've found so far. If anyone has a solution that would be great.

But, a creek is better than buying new tires every 2 months.

Did you take out the metal tube inside the bushing when you lubed it? I seen a picture of a guy taking it out lubing it inside there. He said he helps a lot.

yeah, the thing is, those bushings are so stiff and tight that there's no space for any grease to stay there. Maybe using some sand paper and sanding them down a bit to get some texture to hold the grease would work..dunno.

In the picture I'm not sure if it was an Ingalls but there were little grooves in the bushing. Maybe I'll see if I can make some slits or something see if it works. The sound irritates me so much.

go to home depot and buy a can of white lithium grease. just ask them and they will show you where it is. use the little straw and spray the kit down. get into all the little crevices of the bushing as much as you can.

it works on my ingalls rear kit. you prolly have to do it like every 2 weeks, but its cheap and it works. if you drive through water a lot it might wash it off.

i got lazy, and the only time i do it now is if im taking a girl somewhere. so basically i never grease it up
