Cam specs for H23 - Honda Prelude Forum

I have a 92 Prelude SI with an H23 and I have a shop that is going to grind me some cams but he doesnt have any grinds that would really fit me so I am looking for the specs for something like this. The engine is in good shape compression is great, and I am putting a 50mm garret turbo on there. I am looking for something that will be a daily driver yet do well on the track every now and then. I need the lobe spacing lift and duration and any other things you guys would find applicable. Thanks for the help.

I don't know, just wondering if you have searched the Forced Induction section?

You might try to search some bigger name cam manufactuers but I doubt they just give up their proprietary research for free.
