cam seals

Anyone changed their cam seals before? Any write ups or tips?

There are three cam seals on the car for a DOHC engine. There are two on the drivers side and one on the passenger side near the distributor.

The seal near the distributor is notorious for leaking and should be replaced. I'm almost 100% sure that is why you have oil in dizzy. Replace that seal with a STR unit and never think about it again. Do not replace it with an OEM seal because it will happen again in the future.
