which cam is intake/exhaust?

i have a jdmh22a
and the cams got mixed up and i don't want to put it back in the wrong way
so one has A on it and the other has B
they both have 3
so which one is intake and which is exhaust?

not sure but since the distributor is connected to the exhaust cam you would think that it is different somehow

the exhaust cam has a notch at the end of it for the distribitor.
