Cam gear adjustment

I got some AEM camgears for my car....I have intake with DC headers and a catback. what do you guy's suggest I adjust my degrees to on my Intake and Exhaust to get hte most power out of my car.

you can set them to some generic settings like +2, -2. i wouldnt go any further than that. but to get true results out of them its best to take it to a dyno.
