ok from my previous post I just bought a set of powerslot rotors. Since I will be doing the install I might as well paint my calipers. Can anyone please suggest a good color on a Milano Red Prelude with white rims? BTW it's currently bright silver.

well, I'm just in the process of fixing whats broken. Got used valves coming along, ordering new seals, and stuff like that. I just need it to run for school. I move out this semester so I'm tight on money. And after I move out I should have a job and stuff down there. and I'm most likely going to buy a different head to put cool stuff in, and then after that a short block to build. It should be running in a couple... hopefully.
Just keep them clean, and they look good no matter what type of rims or color scheme you have.

Anybody want to buy my Lude? (Will sell in either stock or fairly modded trim).
i painted mine red and my car is red and it looks great. just go to some auto store like pep boys and they should have 500 degree spray paint. you will smell them for like a week but it should go away. all i need to do is figure out how to clean them!
so how did your powerslot install go? done yet? i've been eyeing those little numbers for a while now. would love to go oversized, but oh the $... gotta keep the wife happy
Forget red, everyone and their mother already has red and your car is already red. Plus you probably won't get a perfect color match. I would definitely go for the bronze/gold color like on the new brembos. If you want an example go look at C&D's article on the 350z, they have that color and it looks amazing.

Already installed them a couple days after I bought it. After the break-in period was done I tested it to its limit. I'm very impressed with the results. Car stops in no time esp from 90-0. It's true what they say that the coeffecient of friction is the one that helps a lot in stopping your car. Although having a bigger rotor helps dessipate heat, which in turn yields longer pad life.
Going back to painting, does anyone actually know a kit that has bronze/gold coloring? I have seen blue, black, red, and yellow I believe but I've only seen bronze on brembos.
I think you can just buy a high temp paint in that color. I haven't painted my caliper yet cuz I got lazy that day. That's a good color actually. Something new is always

That's what I'd do, hides the brake dust and you don't have to bother about keeping them clean. Painting them red, or any other colour, looks nice for a while then the brake dust sets in....
