First and foremost easiest things to get out of the way are both fans working? Also, turn on the A/C and look at the clutch, is the armature plate on the outside of the compressor pulley spinning with the compressor?

my fans are working. but as of right now the compressor pulley is not spinning, but what i don't understand is why it worked when i replaced the fuse and then didn't work the next day but then the day after that it worked fine all day and at the end of the night it quit workin?

Well you need to of course get a test light and check to see if the compressor is getting power because it obviously isn't turning on if the armature plate doesn't spin when the A/C is turned on. Start from the connector for the compressor and trace all the way back to the battery to find where your open is.

figured it out. for one my circuit board doesn't fully work. but it's either bad wires or the plug beccause if i mess with the plug or the wires it make it cut off and then i can make it work by giggling it again. so im getting a new circuit board to see if its bad wires or not

I wouldn't start randomly buying parts until I knew exactly what the problem was, you need to keep diag'ing until you find the source of the short. Saying this because there is no circuit board for the A/C, just relays and fuses, go invest in a test light, DMM and the service manual, patience.
