And when i turn my a/c on the compressor clutch wont kick on but if i jump it the compressor clutch works perfectly and blows cold air but then my rear defrost light starts to flash and my car starts surging.... Can someone please tell me what the crap is going on!!

Check fuse# 11 in the under dash fuse box. Its for both rear defrost and the AC clutch.
