All my things worked from H23 - > H22..i dont see why it wouldnt work the other way around.

the h22 pulleys have 6 ribs and the h23 have 5 ribs.
all you need to do is switch the pulleys.
I think that is actaully tougher than it sounds (requires a special puller). I've been running 5-rib belts on my F22>>H22 conversion for 20 months now without a problem.
The hoses are different as well. I went through 3 types of hoses. The connector of the hoses are the same, but it's shape differs for each model in my experience.
