The other day I changed my oil and I noticed my oil level was correct. About a month later when I checked my oil, I noticed it was about a quart low.

Can someone please tell me what I should do about this problem?

I burn about a qt every 3k... dont worrk about it unless you are leaking or making smoke... Prelude engines eat oil.

H22s and H23s eat oil. It's just the way it is. The harder you drive, the more oil they'll eat too. Just chack your oil regularly and add as necessary.

mine seem to be fine though, i sometimes change oil 3500 miles

just check your oil more frequently and add a little when needed. if you have bluish grey smoke coming out of your exhaust, then you have some problems.
