Theres a little clip that connects to the bumper, and thats what the screw goes into. One of mine gets loose and falls into the car whenever I change the bulb, I just stick my hand into the hole and dig around and I always find it laying in there. Happy Hunting!

Here is what I did, and it works perfectly. Go down to the hardware store with the screw you use to put in the bumper lamps. Get a small plastic piece that will expand when you screw the screw into it. They are called "Moly Screws". Just put that where the clip used to go, and then screw the lamp on. Just make sure you get one small enough to fit. This has worked for me for awhile... I guess Im too cheap to buy another clip from Honda. I tried to fabricate a clip using a Dremel, but it didn't work. Just buy the Moly screw.
