Where exactly does the sound, sound like it is coming from? Because on hard bumps etc.. I have heard 4'th gen preludes sunroof make such a ruccus people thought it was something in the rear. Check the jack, check under the spare tire and make sure there isnt a lose tire iron under there or something. It could be one of very many things, Indeed I hope you find the culprit to put your aggrivation to rest.

On a side note, the TSB's out for 4' gen have been serving me well this past week. I printed out 5 or 6 and fixed a lot of annoying rattles, and squeaks.. the ride sounds much more solid now and less annoying / aggrivating. So if in the event you, like me, can not find the elusive rear rumble.. at least you'll be happy knowing you repaired other small things.

i have removed the spare and the jack but i still got the noise, the noise mostly seems to come from the passenger side rear
