JDM h22a swap problems! (new title)

My car was running fine after the first time running it until I hit the freeway....I was speeding up to test the vtec and just after I hit vtec all of a sudden I got a jolt then all of a sudden the car started vibrating....anytime now that I accelerate the car vibrates a lot like something his not right...feels like the drivetrain.

Also when I accelerate my car feels like I am accelerating like someone who is learning to drive stick for the first time, you know how the car jerks? then after maybe 3k rpm its smooth again.

I did the tranny swap and motor swap from a h23a to a h22a myself. Could I have messed something up with the tranny? Also when i had the clutch fluid drained during my swap I started the car without engaging the clutch (clutch was on the floor).....i know im stupid, this probably fscked everything up, didnt it..

UPDATE:

The car seems to drive ok, but I get a clicking noise often while turning or driving forward and I get a lot of vibration while driving... Drive axles may be bad? I have no problems shifting gears so would that rule out the tranny being broke?

UPDATE #2:

I actually paid attention to my A/F ratio gauge...at WOT I am leaning out REALLY BAD....could this be the hesistation I am getting? the JDM injectors i am assuming could be the prob... those things were BLACK all the way around the tip when i looked at them during the swap, my h23a injectors looked a lot better.

Yes I am using the JDM injectors (could this be a prob?).

I came to the conclusion that my driveaxle might be broke because i here a click on the left side when i am turning.

As for as the hesitation goes, I think its because of the JDM injectors (cany anyone confirm similar problems?). when the car is idling I bog...goes from ~750rpm to 1500-2000rpm then back to 750 in a loop...also when around 3-4k rpm i get a lot of hesistation....i am gonna see if there is a shop around me that can clean them for me or I will just send them out to RC Engineering. I will post back with the progress of my car for input and to help others if they get into the same problem.

If anyone knows anything about the problems I have please do give input

Drew

The vibration and clicking you are having definately sounds like an axle problem....

hmmm...guess i need to replace a axle now =/

i switched out my JDM injectors for my USDM, i also noticed that the JDM injector fuel filters were badly clogged some had what looked like rust, should i take those out and try running it without the filter?

the car no longer bogs tho with the USDM, except occasionally (very seldom) at around 1.5k-2k rpm while in 1st or 2nd gear i forget... i am using my h23a ecu, do you think it will be ok to use my jdm P13 ecu with my p14 injectors?

you cant use the p14 injectors...theyre not big enough..try running the p13 ones without the filters...but you may also have a dist prob..seems liek youve got the cursed hesitation problems that so many luder have had...peace

UPDATE:

Car runs fine.....for about 20-30 mins then I start to lean out REALLY Bad, car throws a CEL and then I get hesistation...could it be the ECU?
Is there a way to check the CEL while the car is on somehow? because when I turn the car off and back on the CEL is no longer there unless I run the car for another 20-30 mins and have the same reoccuring cycle.

I tried running the JDM injectors with my old p14 ecu but I just run REALLY rich and not so well.

Would clogged injectors give me this problem (Bouncy Idle, leaning out after some time?)

Whats all has been done prior to the hesitation problem?

Clicking while turning is usually a result of worn out half axles.

Find the little blue plug behind the radio and connect the 2 pins together. Turn on the ignition and cound the number of blinks the CEL makes.
