Broke my shifting cables someone help

i broke one of my shifting cables in my 4th gen. All i have is 3rd and 4th. if anyone has some or know of something i can do for a temp. fix (Dealer wants $330 for the pair and it is on back order til the 17th) Right now it is parked in my drive way not going anywhere. Can i repair the cable weld it or something?

did the cable its self break or did it just come off where there connected to?

just buy a new one and install it your self... i dont know how much they are but i would either check a junk yard, or hondaautomotiveparts.com

it broke about four or five inches from where it connects to

i think that the part is one back order because all them people with civics and intregas are putting H series motors in there cars and they need to convert to a cable tranny but thats just my opinion
