Do brand names really matter if i buy hid kits? Such as phillips or hella vs some generic ebay ones that sell for $100 bucks cheaper?

Philips and Hella are some brands of ballasts that I would recommend using...since they are most widely used in OEM applications...alot of people will tell you that the ballast is the most important component and thats why u want to get something that you kno wont give u any trouble...since these companies make OEM parts, it'll be easier for you to get ur hands on replacements if necessary...
