Brakes won't bleed

ok i'm decided to paint my calipers red so i took them off and cleaned them, taped them and painted them. i put them back on and started to bleed them. well i did this for about 2 hours until i figured out it wasn't going to bleed. there was no are coming out, only fluid. but there was no presure on the brake pedel. so my first thought was(new master cylinder). i got the master cylinder and bench blead it. then i installed it and bead the brakes for about an hour and it still acted the same. it was a remaned one so i thought maybe that was the problem and i got a new one. well i blead that one and put it on and blead the brakes again for quite a while. i don't want to replace my lines quite yet because i'm sort on money right now. i want to make sure that that is the problem before i do that. so if anyone has any input it would be appreciated.

no leaks in the system?

sounds like it shouldn't be a BMC (since that didn't change). you only took off the calipers and put them back on.

i'm pondering because i recently had this problem. but it was a broken banjo bolt and that was easily fixable.

hey i have an idea about that.. i know on most ludes you have to bleed in a certain pattern. Not sure exactly what that pattern is cuz i havent needed to bleed on my 95 lude yet. I had a 85 and an 87 that needed a bleeding pattern. Look in a manual and it should tell you.... have you tried this yet?

If there's fluid pumping out of the bleeder valve when the pedal is pressed the brake system is working.
Can you post exact the steps are you taking when you're bleeding?
Maybe you're doing something wrong. I've taken my calipers off painted them and everything changed brake fluid and I've never had a problem.
