I'm running on some Endless NA-Y's and Powerslots (which are pretty warped now) in front, Axxis Metal Masters and Powerslots in rear. The Powerslots have been on since february of 2000, as well as the Metal Masters, which I had in front as well, but just replaced with the NA-Y's recently.
The Metal Masters are great street pads, and work well for autoX too. I put them through about 45k of severe beating, and the only reason they were changed, is because I had a stuck lower caliper floater/slider pin on the front drivers side caliper, which accelerated the wear on the inner pad. If it weren't for that, I'd probably still be using them.
For the cost, you can't beat them. When stopping from high speeds, they will fade, which I've eliminated by using the NA-Y's now. But for most, I wouldn't recommend using the NA-Y's, as they don't really operate as well under cold temps (operating temp = 50C-350C). Insead, if you really (for some reason) want Endless pads, check out the VN9500, which operate from 0C-300C.
It all depends on what you use your car for.
