Brake pressure

I changed my brake rotors/pads last week without changing my fluids, they have been braked in correctly and the pressure on the pedal feels fine but they don't feel the same as before (I have to push the pedal a bit harder then before)
Could I just resolve this by bleeding the brakes since there shouldn't be any air in there because I didn't drain it.
I got a trackday tommorow and i want my brakes to be perfect but I am not going to drain the fluid for now.
Thanks

No I haven't, but I think its about time because the other day my brakepedal felt mushy.
How long will it take to change the master cylinder?

^about 20 minutes if you take your time. its pretty easy to get to (getting a few things out of the way helps) and remember to benchbleed it.

i haven't changed my slave cylinder though.

its basically where you bleed the cylinder (get fluid and stuff in it) before you put it in the car. i did it on my deck. its easier than it sounds.

I would guess if you mean that you have to press harder not farther that the brakes are still being worn in. Now if you actually have to press farther, but not harder then bleeding sould be the solution. It can't hurt to do, unless you usually work by yourself.

^i got my BMC from autozone (which seems like you don't have one in belgium) it came with a bench bleeding kit.

you might want to ask MIKE95LUDE (he's a sponsor on here) and see if his brake master cylinders come with it

Oke, so I've been to the track today and everything went fine in the beginning.
After 5 rounds i drove to the pit to let my brakes cool down a bit, still no problem. The second time I came in smoke was coming of my brakes so I turned the car off and let here cool for 15 min. After starting the car again my brake pressure was gone, I pumped the brakes a couple off times and the pressure came back. So after driving a couple off rounds more my brakes worked fine again. When I came back in for lunch my brakes were smoking again. I turned the car off for 5 min and the pressure was gone again but this time it didn't come back with pumping, so I let the car cool down for 2 hours. After the 2 hours cooldown I could only track it for a half hour until the same problems occured.
I know tracking the car puts a lot of stress (heat)on the brakes, but still! could this only been caused by the temp of the brake fluid since I only drove for about 1.5 hour or is it the master cylinder that is letting me down because pressure only went away when I turned off the car never when I was driving.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

^sounds like a master cylinder. because i did a track event 4 thirty minute sessions per day for two days. i had excellent brakes the whole time. i was running valvoline synthetic fluid too (not race spec'd)

i would change the BMC just to be safe.
