brake lamp indicator on dash......suggestions

need some help guys....... U'all know the red light on the dash that says brake lamp, which is to indicate to U that you have a faulty brake lamp bulb........ yeh that one, well mine is on and won't come off. All my bulbs are ok ......I even put in new ones to be sure. but the darn light wont go out. Anyone has this prob?

Give me some ideas to solve the prob. Bcuz it also triggers the ABS check light.

If the light won't go out even after you've replaced the ALL the bulbs you may have a short in the wiring or there could be something wrong with the ABS system since you said that was also lit on the dash. A faulty ABS system could cause the brake light to come on as well since it is part of your braking system.
