Ok well I put on my new rotors and pads, and put the wheels back on and torqued them down but the pads rub on the rotor pretty bad. I havent craked it up yet or rolled it. What do I need to do about this brake rub?

Where is it rubbing? If you put the pads in correctly it should be normal. The rotors and pads have to get used to each other and mate up. Until that happens you will notice the brakes are a little fishy.

did you push in the pistons enough?

you gotta let it have some play so you could install everything easily and when you first brake, the pistons will come out as far as they need to

just drive it. There is probably lots of pressure on the pads so it won't turn as well.

It should loosen up when you start the car.

just work in the pads like you would normally. I just did all mine including twisting in the pistons in the back and they were really tight right off the bat. I just worked the E-brake up and down slowly a few times. Then I pumped the brake pedal till there was alot of resistance. Then you go out and very slowly drive a little ways(like a few feet) and build up pressure again. Should be good after that. Go easy on them for a few hundred miles and every now and then pump up the pressure to make sure they seat right. Good luck!
