Brake bleeding

Anyone remember about how much fluid approx. it takes to do a flush?

Also, what size tubing to go over the nipple. I think it's 3/8 but I lost my old tubing. Would rather not make 2 trips to the hardware store.

The tubing is pretty small . . . a 3/8" ID tubing would be pretty large.

try doing it this way.....

1) Take out as much fluid as you can from the Master Cylinder
2) Clean it
3) Pour in the new fluid (either DOT 3 or 4) to the max line
4) Bleed the system (RR, LF, RF, LF)
5) Refill the master cylinder.......

the bleeding process should take out most of the old brake fluid that was left.....
