I say no... and I'll tell you why.
The styling of the Prelude doesn't suit a body kit, and in my opinion never did. They are sleek and unadorned with rakish lines. Those bulky snowplow body kits ruin the front ends by making them look heavy and bulbous, and make the rear look like the back end of a bus. Personally, I never understood the bulbous look. To me it makes the car look less aerodynamic.
Other pitfalls of a kit is half of them don't fit properly even with tons of modifications during the installation, and if you hit a mosquito at highway speeds the damn things crack and fall apart (unless you shell out for a polyurethane kit that is). You might as well drive around with a royal doulton figurine as a hood ornament. It would be just as fragile and gaudy.
Something else to consider is the current style/trends. People are avoiding that F&F stuff like the plague these days. Painted interiors, those neon lights under the car (their proper name escapes me), big body kits, stick on graphics, IKEA bookshelf wings, dummy-dual exhausts, and of course.. altezza tail lights! People are going for a more mature and refined clean OEM/JDM look these days (which pleases me to no end!)
Preludes do seem to suit lip kits though. OEM, Wings West, and Mugen. Things that are more understated. Look at what an OEM lip/skirt package does for a 5th gen Prelude for example. A couple inches of polyurethane around the bottom makes it look like a whole new creature.
In short when it comes to styling: less is definitely more when it comes to Preludes.
