Blue Gauges help...asap

My problem is with the oil/temp/clock part, I took the tinted piece out, and replaced it with 3 pieces of Blue Acetate, but when I plug em in, they still look green to me. Whats goin on? Also, I think I might have a bigger problem...Ya'll will be sure to know if I do.

i just used a dark sheet of blue from profession stage lights.....and mine turned out as blue as can be..just try and find a darker shade of blue and it will turn blue.......right now im using a lighter shade becuz i was goin for the match of my indiglo white face gauges http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4290804683

my way is kinda ghetto but i didn't feel like tearing off the whole gauge pod and putting in the blue i just layed it right over the gauge worked just fine
