Is it hard? How long did it take? I think what I want to do might be a different task because I'd probably have to remove color filter, but I was thinking of doing mine white like the new Accord has.

i got that too, my daytime is fine, i see well with the windows up ( dark tints ) and with the windows down. People that ride with me never complain, its very visible, but then again u cant be too picky, at certain angles the sun hits str8 on the dash, and theres nothin u can do about that anything transparent with light behind it wont be that visible when exposed directly to the sun, and its not like ya ll dont know what speeds you goin if that were to happen. I guess that the sacrifice some people chose to make.

looks good.

Yeah it's not hard to do guys, just takes a lil bit of time to take out all the dash stuff and take apart the gauges. But well worth it I think..

Link to my pics in sig.

look at your redline. i cut out the blue paper around that so it shows perfect.

it isnt that bad of a job. you have to take the cluster out and take it apart. then what i did was cut each layer out and then tape it to the back of the face place and with a razor cut out everything i didnt want to be blue (redline, SRS light....) and then i put the next layer on and did the same. i have 4 layers on my gauge and 4 on my gas/temp and clock.

Yeah, I left it like that on purpose. It shows a lot more in person, but I liked it darker than without the film covering it. Just personal preference

So generally, 4 films everyone is using for this mod?

I did almost most of the interior in blue leds - all I have to do next is the cluster and the speedo with blue film.

yes, that's a JDM fuel/temp cluster, i'm planning on moving it all the way to the right and install a widescreen LCD where the clock is right now.

Cutting up that dash wasn't easy....that was the first time i ever used a dremmel. I was hella scared and took me like 40 minutes to cut that sh*t......smoke and debris everywhere. I almost regretted it until i cleaned it all up and hooked up that speaker. i'm waiting to install the 6x9 and i'll have the full JDM DSP 9 speaker setup
