Blowout at 90mph on freeway?

Hey guys...out of curiousity. Any of you 4th genners ever had a blowout on the freeway going over 80 mph? My front tires are kinda worn, and I find myself always driving well over 80 mph rushing to work. What would most probably happen if one of my tires was to blow?

dude ive done 100+ on a completely flat tire, right now i have a huge half of a screwdriver in my tire and i was doing about 90.. but i have 17s with tubeless tires

just make sure the ****tiest tires are on the back. if that blows out i seriously doubt anything serious would happen.. long as your front wheels are in control

if you have 15s it will cost about 65 to get a new tire put on there...if you do have a blow out and crash it could cost 10x more...just SPLURGE and get yourself a new tire before its to late

A former member here had a rear tire blow out at about 90 MPH, they never found any pieces of the wheel, the rotor was ground to bits, the underside of the car was BADLY damaged etc. The car was totalled.

Just invest in some new tires man, so you don't have to worry about this sort of thing. If I saw that one of my tires was blatanly worn I would probably replace it that day... just for the peace of mind
