Fan quit on me

like 3 days ago, i go into my car, turn the key and i notice the door chime didnt go on (not sure tho), then im like w/e, then after a while, i turn the heat on. i put my fingers to the vent and im like, i cant feel anything, are my hands so cold that the heat isnt doing anything? i keep holding it there for like 30 secs till i start to realize that theres nothing coming out, lol. i put it up to 4 to make sure its not working and sure enough, no air is coming out. i press the a/c button and i hear the system turn on, but no air is blowing out of the vent. i tried to check the fuses but im not sure which fuse im supposed to be checking. i looked for a blower fuse or something but i couldnt find one. i recently replace mostly my whole a/c system and i think that included the blower. what do you think the problem could be? i ended up having to put the "get air from outside" button on while im driving on the highway to get some heat in the car. my door chime now works, im not really sure if it didnt work that day or not but im pretty sure it didnt. what is the door chime for anyway? am i not supposed to turn on the car until it stops chiming or the srs will only be working until the chime stops so its fine to start up the car right away or should i wait till the chime stops?

the chime is to let you know the key is in the ignition.

if you A/C compressor died and that was the work done to it, they wouldn't have replaced the blower motor.

It could be your blower resistor or the motor. Either way its under the dash and its a ***** to get too.

The other less likely possibility is your Climate Control unit itself. Its most likely the motor though.

blower motor is bad, advance auto parts (where i work) stocks them for 59.98 i have had that problem for a year. blower motor is simple to get to. not so simple to actually remove. i am going to try removing my computer "cover" or whatever the crap it is and see if that gives it enough room to drop out.

actually, i took it to the mechanic yesterday and we messed with it a little and the 2P connection wasnt on good so after messing with it a little, we concluded that we just had to unplug it and plug it back in. now the blower works fine. if the blower quits on me again, we are gonna take it apart and see what the prob is, and prob buy a new one. if i were to buy a blower motor, i would buy direct from honda. i like OEM on parts like those.

Probably cost you a arm and a leg to buy from honda... i would check the junk yards 1st, be cheaper. And if your gonna rip apart the dash to replace the blower... heh mite as well do the jdm digital climate control.
