Hey do any of you guys have problems blinding other drivers with your JDM 1-piece? People are always flashing their brights at me so I flash them back with my h1's. I don't even have my hi beams on the h4's connected but I will soon enough then they really will be blinded
Is there a way to adjust them? Or will I and other drivers just have to deal with it? I noticed that all road signs and reflectors are better lit with these headlights cause I guess they are aimed up?
Hahahaha...you have the same problem I had. I was blinding people for the longest time, and then I read on this site how to adjust them. It's been a while, and I'm not even looking at my headlights right now (obviously), but if you pop your hood and look down at your headlights, you'll see in the backs of the lamps what appears to be little bottle caps. Use a phillips head screwdriver to adjust them up and down by turning the screwdriver. You'll see what I mean when you check it out.

I'm sure you already know this, but when you're adjusting them, make sure to park your car w/ the lights shining perpendicularly & directly at a flat surface--a wall or garage door.

the way they project light is what really blinds people, not necessarily the brightness of the bulbs.
Thats' because JDM's are obviously to be used in Japan and Japanese drive cars on the opposite side than us, so the headlights are projected to the left.

i honestly have no idea why honda didn't decide to use the same design headlight (of course with light projection modification to meet US standards) with the USDM model....IMHO the usdm lights are horrendous by comparison.

damn Japanese always want to keep the good stuffs away from US
I think that the U.S. has this thing about interchangeable parts and stuff like that...the USDM lights dont look as nice, but they are pretty practical to me...if you crack the corner, buy a new corner...no need to buy a whole new headlight...besides, its a PITA to change corner bulbs with the JDM's...mine have been out for a long time now and i still havent gotten around to changing them cuz they are soo difficult to reach.
