for those who dont remember i droped my car off to get the JDM H22 Auto installed last week...tomorrow i am getting it back...everything went well from what i heard except the H22 didnt come with a AC so they had to take off my H23 stuff and swap it on...which canceled out my Pully set up i will be buying a H23 set and have it up and working next week...i will learn the hard way if what everyone seems to think..."manual is 329458324096834 times faster than auto" or will be able to say "I TOLD YOU SO, I AM RIGHT, NA NA NA NA NA NA" ...but only a few hours till i get it
what are the expectations on this setup
JDM H22 auto
AEM CAI
Greedy SS 4-2-1 Header
Test Pipe
Greedy SP cat back
and than how much will i get when i get the pullies on top of that?
mid 15s??? im betting you will break 14 Car and Drive tested the stock 93 prelude VTEC at 14.9 with no modifications. if your a half decent driver you should have no problem getting that.

i got it back today as planned...and so far so good...i love it so far...VTEC kicks in at around 5000-5300...i am thinking about getting a VAFC so i can adjuct the VTEC so that i have a longer VTEC...i will have the stats up soon but i can say that this upgrade is faster than my SI, and my friends SI 5 speed...thats good so far
loving this auto **** more and more...my only complaint is that i cant stay in VTEC that long due to auto tranny shifting...i am thinking about getting a VAFC...will this help out? i am not to sure about them but i am under the impression that i can lower the VTEC so that i can hit VTEC at 4500 instead of 5300 or whatever...is this correct? any words of advice on a VAFC, and no i dont plan on n2) so i dont have to worry about that

I don't think it'll let you do it at those low revs, not enough oil pressure built up for it to work.

if your talking about AEM Tru Pullies, they swap the power steering and alternator pullies ..not the ac..ac pully i believe doesnt come off....soo you have to order a h22 set
question on vafc....if will let you drop the vtec but its more for smoothing out the vtec curve, and leaning out our engine to safe specs, well thats properly tuned on a dyno...it woint let you hol dout the gears longer.....you need to higher the rev limiter somehow..probably a new ecu..... or a 5sp trany
the set i have to order is for the H23 because my JDM h22 didnt come with an AC so they took all the H23 stuff and swaped it onto my H22...they said the belts wouldnt match up if i used the H23 AC and the rest H22....whatever
about the reving higher...i am able to hold out my gears longer using the 1-2-3-4 gears on the auto shifter...i was able to shift at 7800-8000 using an auto...i am thinking that if i get the VAFC and drop my limit at 4500-4700 i should be fine...also, what is the OEM limit for VTEC? 5200?
also i am thinking about installing a VAFC and cam gears at the same time...i was told that both have to be tuned after installation to run properly...i figure get them both tuned at the same time and save some cash...is this a good idea?

That is wrong. C&D got 15.1 out of the 93 Prelude VTEC. 15.4 out of the 5th gen
