If you're just asking for the best I would say Spoon Sports. Join the Groupbuy @ $325+12 (ship). If you find them used they go for about $150 a piece. The rear bar fits both 4th & 5th Gen so they're easier to find.
What's great for the money is neuspeed ($85) front bar which is pretty solid design and a lot cheaper. If money is a issue and you have about $300 to spend, I'd go w/suspension technique sway bars and a neuspeed front bar for about $300 total. The Spoon bars look great but it isn't somethng you're going to feel compared to the sway bars. Just don't go DC. I've heard some ppl. can bend them w/their arms or legs so if thats possible think what your car can do.

Forget spoon strut bars. $325 is too much to spend on something as insignificant as a Strut bar, let alone a rear strut bar. Personally I would spend the money on a good rear sway bar: Neuspeed or Tanabe, I think its worth the extra few dollars to upgrade from ST, since the Tanabe rear sway bar is about $190 shipped from TurboEvo. Then I would either get a Tanabe or Neuspeed front sway bar for ~100, probably provide the same results as Spoon. Then I would get some cheapo rear strut bar for like $20-35. The rear strut bar does very very little, so to spend $100+ on a rear strut bar seems like burned money to me.

All this is assuming you already have adjustable struts (and springs), since that is going to give you the best result and is probably the best thing you can get ($300-350 on KYB AGX will probably provide better handling than stock shocks with strut bars).

Just my 2 cents.

I'll tell you what, I've got H&R Sport springs and KYB AGX shocks, along with Spoon front and rear strut tower bars. The rear tightened the back end up quite a bit, when turning, the back of the car no longer "floats around" it sticks, and feels solid. The front made a big difference too. When turning before with the springs/shocks/rear strut bar, the car would still understeer horribly. When turning hard I could hear the front end flex. Now, the car feels very neutral, and the front end doesn't flex at all. Whether or not you want to pay the extra for Spoon is up to you, but I don't regret buying either strut bars. Had I not been able to find the front Spoon strut bar however, I would have gone with the Neuspeed, it is very solid and fairly inexpensive.
