Best Spark Plugs

I did a search and couldn' t find what I was looking for. So could you guys help me?
It has been said that platinum or iridium plugs are only suited for certian cars, that is why those cars come from the factory with those plugs. For the prelude, is that a problem to use platinum or iridium over regular plugs?

Basically for a lude with only I/H/E, is it not necessary to go with a colder plug. like the zfr7-11 over the 6? And if just using the 6 would it benift to have iridium or platinum.

Also I dont think my mileage changed at all using the 6 or the 7, but if im using 93 octane all the time should I stay with the colder plug?

Thanks.

i have the v power zfr6-11 right now, my car runs fine on them, as it did with the 7. But im wondering if there are any gains in using the platinum or iridiums, from what i searched it is said that the iridiums are just as good as the platinum and cost less.

Do they even improve gas mileage or anything?

colder plugs are usually for turbo or NOS cars...if you don't heavily modify your car, staying with factory spec plugs is just fine
