Go with GroundControl or Skunk2... I have GC's and I love them. You can choose your spring rates and such. Dont waste money, spend a little more to get a quality product

what about just shocks that aren't adjustable - tokico blues or what? I'm thinking neuspeed sports for springs and just want a decent performance shock.

Qveon: I have a set of ebay coilovers that are new but stupid me I changed my mind when I seen what regulations are on scca rules, so I am wanting to go with H&R sports.

I would sell them to you for $60 firm shipped
you will not get a better price since I have no use for them

E-mail me if you are interested

I know you're looking for the cheap route, but I'd save and spend some money on some top quality products. Don't mess around when it comes to suspension tuning (no, I don't necessarily mean Tein HAs or Tanabe Sustec Pros, either).

not exactly, take example of the coil-overs you can get, you can get cheap OBX or same taiwanese branded coil-overs and the ride will be more then likely worst then stock. You'll hop up and down all over the place. Even with Koni shock absorbers reinforcing the cheap coil-overs.

Another example is a short ram intake (they cost what? 50-100 bucks). The prelude stock air box is a cold air intake, it draws the air from the side of the fender. Whereas a short ram intake is drawing air from the engine bay. But if you spend the extra 100 bucks to purchase a CAI with a K&N filter (not K&N style filter), that'll be more of an upgrade instead of a downgrade.
