bent valves/ skunk2 cam gears

ok fellow luders,
i need some help, i just got done talking to the mech. he just now happened to mention a bent exhaust valve? now whats the best way to go about these issue? buy new valves to replace bent ones? or get a new head for my h23? whats cheaper and less time comsuming? also i just got new skunk2 ajustable cam gears any down side to those? and what would be the proper way of installing them? got them on but cant seem to get the "up" marks to line up right? any and all comments and suggestions welcomed.
thanks GREASE///

easiest way is get a new h23 head

putting in valves is alot of work (i'm assuming you prolly wont' do it yourself) and you still have to take the head to the machine shop once you install.

why are you installing the Adjustable Cam Gears? if you are just going to set them stock, why not keep stock in an effort to reduce difficulty in doing all this. just one less thing to worry about. i always thought you need other-than-stock cams to mate with the cam gears to make full benefit. its your choice.
