Balancer shaft seal recall: ALL 4th gens?

Hey,
For some reason I thought the forward balancer shaft seal recall was only through '93, and then they stopped making cars with the defective one. But when I do a search for this subject, the recall is just referred to as "all 4th gens." Does anyone know which ones specifically it applies to?

Thanks,

-Dan

P.S. Are they still replacing them for free?

I always thought the recall was for 94-95 Preludes only.

1994–96 – ALL
1997 – From VIN JHMBB6...VC000001 thru
