yes on the clutch/cluth

not sure about the balance shaft. why would you want an aftermarket balance shaft? i know most people that want an "upgrade" that deals with that just takes off/cuts their belt

why would i remove my balance shaft? what will that do for me? Is it not nessary to have one? It would probably be cheaper to remove it than wouldn't it? Where could i get a removal kit?

I personally don't think it's worth the extra 2-3 horsepower...

I don't think it's worth having. The effect is minimal.

Why would you want a "better" one? What are you trying to improve on?

Removal requires removal of the engine. Disabling is as simple as cutting and removing the belt, though it's the same amount of work as doing a timing belt to get to it.

Do a search if you want to know more about balancer shaft elimination. It's been discussed a lot.

About the clutch, mine has some weird bolts holding it on. it looks like an outside torx or somthing. none of my tools fit it. what do i do?

the reason i was askin about the balance shaft is because i threw a rod in my car and it hit the balance shaft, so its messed up.

the bolts holding the clutch on are 12 point 10mm. you can get that tool at any hardware store, automotive shop, and even walmart. just remember to get a 12point 17mm so you can remove the flywheel also.
