Bad idle while using Power windows, AC, sound system, etc

Hey guys, recently I just had my car tuned up and it fixed the idling problem whenever my car is hot. But now, it idles very low whenever I use the power windows, air conditioner, or if i turn my system high up. It appears maybe something is draining my power. The car would idle very low at around 300-400RPM, causing my car to rattle and shake like crazy. Someone told me it could be the alternator, but I don't know how to test it or anything. Any suggestions?

How recent has this been a problem? I would imagine if it were the alternator, after a while your battery would die.

Do you have aftermarket pullies? If so, this will usually be the cause of some vibration or lowering of idle RPM when using accessories.
