Axxis or Denied

I just bought some Axxis Ultimate for these D&S brembo-s on the way.. I read a couple threads saying they were amazing.. blah blah.. and one or two sayn' they're "screaming, kung-fu grippn, ABS activating blocks of ceramic poop"

do anyone have some insight, cause i'll sell them when they hit the doorstep.

If someone is consistently activating ABS with them that means they are lead-footin', crazy steppin' f00ls In other words, they're too hard on the brakes.

The Ultimates are a good pad. They will squeak a bit and they dust a lot more than an OEM type pad but that is to be expected from a ceramic pad. The important thing to do is to bed them in properly. They should come with instructions but normally you do approx. 10 sessions of braking, first from 40mph-5, then a couple from 60-5. Don't come to a complete stop. The pads should be sizzling by the end of it and smelling good and you should now have a grey layer on the rotor. Then let them cool.

I just ordered a pair of Ultimate pads along with the rotors.

I've had the Metal Masters for over a year now and haven't had any problems besides brake dust, but that's expected.

yes...alot of brake dust with the Axxis Ultimates, to the point that its destroying the clearcoat on my RH Evo's . Oh well...great pads though.
