You need to check many things first.
Loose or broken vacuum line causing a vac leak
Throttle body gasket
Intake manifold gasket
Idle Air Control Valve
If there are no bad gaskets or vacuum leaks then IACV is to blame, most of the time they wont even throw a CEL when they're bad. Only time you get a code is from unplugging it altogether.
Get a couple of cans of throttle body cleaner and spray it around intake gaskets and vacuum lines, if it stumbles then you found your leak. Also try tapping on the IACV with the handle of a screwdriver and if it starts to idle normal then you found your problem.
